    Raid is always exciting~~

    those of you who played Lineage2.

    as you guys know the strongest monster in L2 is this dragon named Antharas.

    The last time I heard is that no body have killed him yet even in Korea.

    one movie clip I saw was 500 ppl went for Antharas raid and fighting him for 7 hours and they got wiped out.

    In WoW will there be a monster as strong as Antharas?

    where there are going to be more that 100 ppl gather and fighting a huge ugly mean monster??

    7 hours. That is insane. Hour 1 must have been exciting hour 2 might have been a bit fun, but hours 3-7, I would have been drooling on my keyboard. That is insane! 7 hours is not a raid, it is more like a minor war.

    To each his own. If someone told me to fight something for 7 hours, I'd die before I even saw the monster just from laughing so hard.

    The largest raid I have seen, was set up by a bunch of Koreans on their beta server. It was insanely huge. Those guys are quite insane.

    Wow. No one has yet to defeat Antharas the Land dragon? I believe she is the only creature to drop God's Blade too. Enough of L2::::07::::::12::, these raids look awesome. It's nice too how they point out that within the first week, raids can be done by low levels.

    I'm searching Ebay for a time machine. I'm sure I can get on there::::31::

    well from wat I heard also for EQ is that there were 200 ppl fighting this mob for 5 hours I heard...

    so Im just wondering if there is gonn be a huuuuge ugly monster that just never dies?

    well eventually yes the monster will die but type of a monster like Antharas from L2?

    PS: fighting Antharas for 1~3 hours ppl are ok but from after that they get frustrating and ppl start losing so many xp delvling droping items, and etc they had to stop. The moment they escaped the Antharas nest less than 100 ppl remained out of 500. and the HP for Antharas was only down to 1/3.

    What the..whats the point of that then, if no one can kill it wouldn't they fix it somehow so someone or some 500 people could?

    When i was playing the stress test at the end of it i was lvl 19 MAGE. There were four hours left in the beta and I was in Westfall. At one of the entrances Two horde guys came up and started to fight 5 aliance people. One guy was a troll, rouge and the other was a orc, druid.So it was me and the other two. I could not tell what lvl they were. I soon found out, The troll came up to me and started slicing me.. While the Orc just stood and watched. With one more hit i would have killed him, but he got me first.
    That was my best clash with the horde in the game and it was very exciting. All the people just crowd around them and start to fall over and die, its a beautiful site to see. especially in the game of WOW.

    yes the mob you are most likely talking about for eq is The Sleeper. It was defeated for the first time in north america this year by 3 guilds on rallos zek. just a little info for you guys, the sleeper was not supposed to be killed. the sleeper is the essential peice for EQII, really if the sleeper is killed eqII never happens. But those guilds did the impossible, mostly using the tactic of chain rezzing(mixed with the rediculouse gear that the luclin/pop/etc. had to offer imo). Can you guess what this mob dropped? Nothing at all. GG

    I believe the big red thing is Ragnaros. But I could be wrong.
