Hey guys, I dont listen to country music allot but this song made my gramps cry tonight when we were listening to the radio. He's a WWII vet and apparently it brought back some memories..Any users that have any memories like this.??

Lassie movies do it for me.
The Cars "Drive" or Henley's "Boys of Summer" can get me a lil misty eyed. 1984 the last year i partied with my High school friends. Left the state in 85 and have not been back since.

country music still has a lot of heart still in it while other music... meh
"cats in the cradle" and "same old lang syne" are both pretty powerful songs to me

Something equally insightful but considerably more uplifting. I always liked the chous as a child but it was much later when I learned to appreciate the message.
As dumb as it sounds, Sarah McLachlan's commercial for the ASPCA always gets to me, being a huge animal nut and all.
