You know those text books that have two versions.  One version that has the first chapters introduction, and a second version that has those same chapters and then some that covers more topics(thompson something something).

Well I'm sitting here during a work day(that you don't need to show up for) working on and off on a the HTML assignments(nice simple credits for an IT student).  One of the few other people that are here came up to the teacher saying that her book was missing the chapter on CSS.  the teacher then goes to his office to get the larger version saying that he knew that it wasn't there, and that he didn't think it was worth it to the students to spend a few times more on a book for the last chapter.

As the conversation ended It turns out that she is the first one to bring it up in 3 years(4 semesters) of the the class.

(amussingly I don't even have the book since I already had a better referance in my small collection).

edit/PS:  not April's fool day post...

I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.
