Anyone Got Any Advice

Hi

Anyone got any recomendations on mmorpg's to play considering that i have no knowlage of computers and only no that my computer has 528mb of memory and i think 16mb graphics card

so based on i know nothing somthing that works basicaly on a calculator
my likes

RPG games like final fantasy and the might and magic series
Sports any, fishing is not a sport before you suggest it well not in my eyes anyway
stratigy like Total war series and any of the star trek games
not keen on platform games
I like things that take time to get complete and keep you interested untill you reach the end if there is an end somthing that takes months not minuets to finnish

    Well not sure what kinda games I can recommend, since your asking about mmorpg's and your interests are fishing & strategy games. This isnt a roleplaying game but you can play online with a bunch of people. I think it's free to play, easy on system resources.. but you have to pay to be able to get some kind of resources but other than that you can make it far. I don't know much about it other than a friend plays it, looks ok, not my thing though, it's at http://www.sgalaxy.com/

    If you were more specific I could recommend you a whole bunch of games. Do you want to play a mmorpg? or just any game you can play online with other people? Do you want to pay a monthly fee to play the game?


    eq, has fishing, eq is like startreck cause you can travel to another planet, eq is also fantasy based:)

    Thanx for the suggestion you made i will certianly have a look,

    I dont like fishing i can't think of anything more pointless (no offense to people who like fishing just my opinion) i gave the list of some things i play on my computer to hopefully give some sort of direction you could point me.

    Someone suggested once i try EVE online so i did spent ages downloading and when it finally finnished it didn't work guess my computer didn't have the right specs but i like the world of adventure and fantasy being someone else but don't fancy second life to much like the simms for me.

    i would like to play games with ia bit of action either ingame or my imagination
    I want to be like Indiana Jones, Han solo, Captain Picard and things like that i don't care how long it takes to develop a character in the game and establish him i have paitents and more than enough time on my hands

    if you have games just suggest them and i will have a look for myself anything youve played and enjoyed your self will be good

    Considering your system specs, this one might work for you. It is a very old 2D MORPG, but has very good staying power. I know people that have been playing it for 14 years, I have been playing it for 4 years. I retreat to it when the big MMORPGs get frustrating or old for me.

    It does take a long time to grow your character, but the game is rich with stuff to do at all levels. It is free to download and you can play for awhile for free. You should pay once you have level 13 though, but is not required. The base fee to open up a lot of benefits and areas is 4.95 US per month.
