This is regarding the location of the book exchanger Gocourt. Is he static at a single city, or does he move about a lot? I can't seem to find him in Phenom Pen just a day after exchanging a lot of books. Are there any other NPCs like Goncourt that exchange skill books? Amusingly, I lost a lot of money exchanging books. 1k may seem small for a one-time thing, but I didn't notice how much I spent on books.

Theres an NPC near Bucharest named Livingstone that you can pay 1k gold to and he wil tell you the location of Goncourt and many of the other traveling NPCs
if im not mistaken he is located at Bucharest.. or if you cant find him there atleast along the way you can meet him.. why are you looking for gncourt??? planning to trade books???
according to the atlantica site, the automove function has been made permanent!
but.. can that be used to locate goncourt?

Yeah if you go to Livingstone in Bucharest, he will help you find other npcs in the world. And no, you cannot use auto-move on an npc you haven't met yet. It has to be in your info, which means you gotta visit him at least once manually.
Goncourt is on world tour. Best way is give a shout through Peers. Ask anyone seen him or pay the 1k to find his location. Remember to get your Teleport license and enough will.
Sometime when you Jump or When to town, pay good attention to the Annoucement down in the bottome of the Screen. If ya lucky it will tell you where the Goncourt is Located.
I was pretty lucky with Goncourt getting 4 dark seeds from him. Most of the others turned out to be things that I couldn't use yet due to lack of the right NPCs. I have tons of books in my mule account now, waiting for the day when I get other NPCs.
