Aside from quests and item mall, are there other ways of getting licenses in the game? I've recieved a few licenses from GMs and as quest rewards, but if I were to look for my own license, is there any possible monster or pvp feature that will give you, for example, a teleport license?

your able to gain these through ornate maps (can be bought through vendors for 100% will for a 2 pack) but i believe they have a low chance
