Blinkin Icon?

Hey guys I just started and I got this blinking icon that says "HolyLegion", is this like a private message or what because I can't make it any bigger

    its someone PMing you. you should be able to maximise it by clicking the middle button?

    when one of your icons are blinking it is one way of alarming you that there is new happening in your environement concerning to you...

    like for example you got poisoned for the first time since you log in.. there will be an alert telling you you are poisoned. When you sell items the note icon will also blink telling you that the item is sold.. also when you level up... those are one of the many reasons why your game icons blink during the game...

    rule of thumb for newbies is when something blinks on screen click on it.. Its valuable info to let you learn more about the game.. However once youre well versed with AtO you click the blinks just to stop them from blinking. Be careful though of gold spammers.. your mail tends to blink alot because spammers flood your inbox

    The confusing part about the blinking whisper box is it comes to you "minimized", and you must click on the "minimize" icon to "maximize" it. 

    (by minimize icon, I mean the underscore "_")

    There are a few interface quirks and mistranslations throughout the game.  Hopefully, these get cleaned up during open beta.
