My treasure hunting experience

is it just me or is no one interested in actually going on a treasure hunt? Last night ive been ive been treasure hunting like a madman because no one is actually interested in doing the quest at all… out of more than 10 trips i havent gotten lucky with the items since all i got are treasure hunter's box, advance license box and med growth vials,, i wonder what is like the best prize can u get out of it? is it true that you could acutally get a mount from it?

I want to go on a treasure hunt!! That's where you'll need the treasure map, right? I have one but I still haven't logged in the game (and feeling insanely sad about it
) so I haven't gone hunting yet...
I have a tip for you for easy treassure hunting... get a tele license and then just go to every town in the game in order for you to gain teleport access on that town.. after doing that start the treasure hunting quest... you will fin it easier this time because you can go to the location easily because you can no teleport to the nearest town where your treasure is located....
it is possible to get a mount but it only lasts for 7 days. i have had one and had it expired and got another already, i'm such a lucky basterd xD
good point... for all the would be treasure hunters reading this thread, the quest wont be as rewarding if you dont have a teleport license.. dont waste your treasure maps unless you have a tele license.. the treasure tends to circulate around the outskirts of beijing, chongqing, hiroshima and sapporo..
more tips on treasure hunting…. To understand the coordinates you must point your hero arrow indicator up (im referring to the map on the upper right of the screen), that way you can easily orientate yourself to the given coordinates on the treasure map,
also, once a map is activated, the treasure indicator will appear on the upper right map of the screen so you would not hjave any problems finding it,, the hero arrow indicator will also start flashing once you are near the treasure

I'm quite looking forward to try out this treasure hunting. Can you give me some tips and tricks on how will I able to survive this challenge. And Will thus it have a level requirement so that I can finish it without a sweat?

I had one that ended up being near Dallas.
Just to clarify things, the way a treasure box appears depends on what map you are using. There are old treasure maps that only have chest appear on the current map, same goes to one eyed pirate maps but there is a world treasure map(i can't remember the exact name) where the chest actually appears in any part or map even outside of the map you are in.
Now it is true that it is advisable to have a tele license and to make sure that you have every town be visited by your toon to have the map info but add as well the dungeons. just get to level 1 of it to gain the map info for more tele locations.
Do keep inmind that yuor wil should be at more than 75% before right clicking on the map to be able to tele right away once you know where the chest will appear.
And of course what you get from the treasure chest depends on the type of treasure map and chest.
The sad part of this is that the chest once it appears can be seen by passersby, not just you. As i posted my frustration the other day, the chest can be battled by other players once it apears and they will have the loot in it as well which is frustrating.
so it means that there's only one treasure for all the people who have the map?
that's so sad. i used to think that there are lots of treasures and everyone gets a different coordinate on their map.
i also haven't gone treasure hunting yet.
I had a few runs with the maps and I should say that it is very much worth the hunt. Though it is too troublesome if you cant teleport. There are time-limited mounts in the boxes. Though that one pretty rare and you really have to do a lot of runs for it. Spend at least a few hours on it.

yes one treasure for one treasure map.. and you have at least i think 5 minutes to get to the right coordinates which ois more than enough time to recover your will and start teleporting again to the next coordinate of the next treasure
