About Noir:

Noir is a US based destruction guild playing on the Skull Throne server. We originated from Guild Wars and have played other MMO's such as Age of Conan, City of Heroes, and World of Warcraft. Our veteran members have lots of experience in all aspects of gaming in PvE & PvP.

Our guild is looking to accomplish a lot in game and hopefully become fairly well known, however that does not mean we are a hardcore play to the death guild. We understand that this IS a game and that people have things to do IRL, so we do not have specific play times and date requirements.

Our core value is Teamplay. We look out for each other. We grow as one. In Noir, you don't join a single game guild but you will enter a mature community of friends who will hopefully fight beside you for a long time to come. We are a friendly and social guild, if you join us, you will receive a lot of help. You are expected to offer it as well to those who need it.

We are looking for mature, skilled & active players, who want to join with all of their characters. No cross-guilding is allowed. We recruit all-over the world within our playing time frame.

Noir Rules:

Respect your guild mates. While some may not get along with others due to their personality or play style, we EXPECT you to show respect to each other regardless. Respect and represent Noir well. We do not want members running around giving Noir a bad name, that would include spamming chat channels, having childish arguments with others, and excessive trash talking. We want our members to feel a sense of pride being in Noir and that it is the best guild.

Participation. We do not require any specific or amount of participation, all we ask is that our members contribute in some way. While we do not enforce our members to attend guild activities, it is highly encouraged. We also want our members to interact and party with others in the guild, we believe good communication and socialization is essential to a strong guild. Our goal is to make a warm, welcoming environment for new recruits and existing members.

Use of tools. We have an ad free website and forum with many things to help and we encourage our members to use it to the max. From our website you can access most things needed for WAR from user interactions on forums, to the many links to popular websites that open up within our site for your convience.

Ventrilo. This is one requirement we are quite picky on, we require all of our members to have vent installed and working properly on their PC's, though a mic is not required. Not only does this help greatly in communication for in game events, it also builds stronger relations between the guild members.

Have fun. We must all remember that WAR is just a game we play. We want all of our members to have fun and enjoy their time playing especially since we all pay monthly for it. It's your subscription, play when you can, and play the class that you enjoy the most.
