my friend told me blizz were hiring guys for a new upcoming mmo, any1 else heard about this. (im not talking about d3)

This is quite old news now. Yes they're hiring for a next gen MMO that is in development. They haven't released any details yet, though. Some think an announcement might be made at Blizzcon this weekend, but who knows....
