Account logged in another server?

Everytime my brother logs in and tried to get into his server with chars, or any other server to create a char, it always says Loading battle,... finding allies.... and then it'll say account already logged into different server, even though he has not even played the game since yesturday when this started. i even logged my char to message him on our server which is where he last played and his char is not logged in, anyone know wtf is going on???? he even changed his pass.

First question.. maybe a weird one, but it need to be asked.. Are you guys playing on the same account ?
If not, the account is being hacked, or it is a technical issue that you'll need to get fixed through Mythic's customer service...

Yeah, this sounds really bad, mail support ASAP, sounds like someone hijacked your account.
Me and my bro have seperate accounts, thanx for the info, i've already sent a message to customer service
