This is for the pack rats in the game who hates selling stuff in the market...

Given that there is a very limited inventory space ingame, i have devised ingenuous ways to go around it..

HOW TO INCREASE STORAGE FOR ITEMS:

1) Most obvious of course is to add more mercs in your team.. (duh)

2)Acquire extra inventory license... still basic but worth knowing for noobs that there exists a license as such

3)t Travel to Rome, there is a warehouse system available to all players in Rome.. this warehouse is free,, storing the item is free but retrieving them has a minimal fee...

Now for the not so obvious tips that you might eventually need for increasing storage in the game...

4) Make use of the Market,, assuming that the demand and supply is consistent,, meaning prices dont change as much,, just sell the darn thing away.. eventually just buy them when youre gonna need em.. theres no point in keeping items in your inventory since everything is almost available in the market... just be sure that the price will always remain consistent.. after playing the game long enough you know which ones stay consistent and which ones radically fluctuate.. (yes technically this is not storing but more of selling however the end result is the same)

5) the most stupid of all tips but can be quite useful once youre that desperate for storage... again go back to the market and register your item for the maximum amount.. get the drift? this way nobody's gonna be stuipd enough to buy them at that exhorbitant rate.. eventually when you need the item just remove it from display.. although this means that you have to pay tax so thats why this is pretty much stupid unless youre really thtat desperate for storage

Nice practical tips. I've been planning to compile all the tips into one megathread, though I haven't had the time to browse everything yet. One of these days I'm gonna compile them all.

Thanks, id like to contribute whatever i know to your guide.. eventually someone has to come up with one to make it easy for AtOers like us understand and play the game better.. as of now we have to rely on threads and contributions of posters..

One of the more annoying things in the game is the lack of bag space in relation to the sheer number of items you can get. I think that making the inventory space a little bigger would help a lot. Although it encourages selling at the market, which is a good thing. I guess you can always buy licenses once the item mall comes out.

You can always access the warehouse located in Rome.. it is like KAfra in ragnarok 1... warehouse is the place where you can store your important items or equips to save space in your inventory... But there is a small fee in accessing the warehouse but dont worry it is very cheap and affordable...

good point i guess this is the reason for having so limited inventory space, to promote selling in the game.. the market economuy actually is one of the most ineteresting aspects in the game,, it is a game in itself and you could be a millionaire literally in minutes just by sitting in the market and analyzing market trends

Thanks for the tips! I'm certified rat-pack (both in real and virtual life) and can't seem to let myself part with anything unless really necessary! I always have nagging thoughts such as 'what if I'll need it again?' or in the like.

Now, I have to go to Rome and find the warehouse so that I could free some inventory space!

no problem, and for all those who dont where the warehouse is in rome, look at the lower right hand sidide of the screen.. it is among one of those icons you choose including the markets and the banks...

I discover one trick in extending your inventory.. remeber the free bags given to you by the gm.. that gives you extra row.. there is a time limit on the bag right??? if the time is near to expire.. put items on it.. the extra bag that was given to you will not disappear as long as there has an item on it..

Yeah, as long as you don't remove the items there it will remain there. But you can never use these items for craft, for healing, etc etc. You can't even put equipment there. Its good for scrolls and craft items though. Boxes never get rarer and these stuff will always give you a headache.
