Treasure hunting is hard…

I had obtained two treasure maps and was excited to finally venture out on my own treasure hunting. I opened my map, studied the coordinates and was off. The place where the treasure was located was a long way from my current position I have to move fast. Unfortunately, I'm still having trouble with my controls and kept adjusting the camera angle and there were times when I accidently clicked on a monsters, thus entering a fight. Three fights later, the game alerted me that the treasure was already gone. That made me really sad. But, I thought to myself, I still have one remaining map. So, I opened my last map and tried my luck again, this time being careful not to fight with any more monsters. But, after some short time has passed, the game alerted me that the treasure was found by somebody else! Maybe I wasn't meant for treasure hunting...

    general rule in treasure hunting.. never ever open or waste a map without a tele license.. you only have 5mis to get to the treasure and more often than not its found in the very outskirts of towns...

    I agree to conqistador.. dont start the treassure hunting if you dont have tele license... one tip i can give to you is that you must have all access on the different town for faster travel.. this way you can arrive it on time... i know gathering access in all town sounds pretty boring and can eat up a lot of your time but upon doing this the next treassure hunting would be more easy...

    How difficult is it? I was planning to do the quest as well, but I'm currently having doubts if I'll be able to make it. This is will served for myself as a warning so thank you

    /fhread title:  yeah... its darned hard.. oops i changed my mind, its NOT REALLY that hard.

     

    Yeah, a teleport license is a must. If yer dumb enough to have others get your treasure then go open it without going to where it is. If you really don't have teleport, then you can use another kind of map, the old man's treasure map. For a 100 Will you can buy them off a certain vendor.
