Where can I get the vortex scrolls? I need it to defeat a certain monster, and my stocks of it is just around 2-3 pcs, Can you pin point it to me guys, where I can get spare number of vortex scrolls?

Well, according to the game info, it can't be crafted so your best bet on that is either through game event as a give away or through treasure chests. ^-^
Another most probably is through the item mall but it's not ye open. ^-^

Rarely do I see scrolls being sold in the market, so try as much as possible to hunt down treasure chests (GMs give a lot of these), or stay online when events are scheduled. I made the mistake of using up all my scrolls, and now I have no place to replenish them. So use them only when you really really need to.
