Sunday, Oct 10 from our local EB Games. We preordered a copy of the collector's and a copy of the regular. We don't really need two copies of all the extras (soundtrack, artbook, etc) and I won't put up a fight over the in game pet. My fiance can have it.

Blizzard hasn't said yet. I doubt they'll say what it is at all because it's supposed to be a surprise. You will only be able to obtain this pet from the collector's edition.

I preordered one collector's edition and one regular edition from Electronics Boutique, although I do get a discount at the store I work at so I'll probably just buy them there instead, but it's nice to have the preorders just in case something goes wrong and there is not enough copies left. Since my store doesn't do preorders that is.

I ordered 1 collector's edition and 2 regular versions right after the Stress Test Beta. No fighting over who gets to play that way

I was very dubious about the game until I tried it. Am not only sold on it now, but my whole family and many of my friends will be joining me

Oh, yes.. ordered from EB Games since I have gotten games on release day before from them.

I don't know if this has been mentioned elsewhere but I just went to best buy and they now have pre orders available. It comes with one of the warcraft novels (not sure which, I don't read those).

I haven't pre ordered yet but I was wondering if there is an advantage to pre ordering at one place vs another. Not as far as extras but as far as reliability of promptness and availability.

Pre orders at Best Buy are $10 by the way. If I am not mistaken, most other places are at $5 yes?

I haven't yet, but there is a agmestop just a mile or so away from my house so I am going to go on up there to preorder. That way, if my parents are too lazy to give me a ride to pick it up, I can always just walk and get it myself.

Yeah i prefer EB over Gamestop. The Gamestop employees at my local mall do not put much effort into sails and explaining things. I know the manager of EB and one of the workers whom I talk to at the mall pretty often.

I ordered my WoW Collector's Edition from EBGames a few weeks ago. They haven't gotten the boxes yet, so I'm waiting for the book.

My son wants to play too but I don't think it'll last with him, so I will not be buying him a copy.

All I can remember is the last game I bought on the day that it came out at the nearbye city mall *took an hour to get there and was on vacation for that day so I could get it..*

It was Diablo II. I got there and there was this HUGE bloody line for it then I saw people with the collector's edition in their hands and I didn't have enough money for it... but it was enough at that time I got the copy and it was rather exciting. I never saw such a hoopla over a silly game.

I now looking forward to the collector's edition of WoW at my now local EB store and will be there after work or if possible the moment the store opens thanks to vacation....
