Is Rehiring a mercenary allowable?

I wasn't that satiesfied on how my mercenaries got hired. I believed it's kinda a non melee type of members, I had hired a archer, gunner, swordsman and a shaman; and my main character was a staff user, so do you think that it is worth it or not? Then if ever how can I rehire a mercenary or it is good till the end?

you can fire a merc by opening the inventory and clicking on the magnifying glass,, at the bottom of the tab you will see the button fire... onvce you fire a merc you can no longer employ him and hiring more mercs you can go to pusan and talk to the npc selling mercs for 5k..

you can also hire mercs by enountering them walking aimlessly in maps, by greeti8ng them ang giving them enough gift eventually u can persuade them to join your team

You can also "store" mercs in your merc room (My Info - Merc room).  That'll free up a spot to beef up your front lines a little more, which I suggest you do!

Aimlessly? LOL. You can't hire the same merc ever again if you fire them. So you're basically stuck with that for two human years. Make use of the merc room license if you are doubtful of firing one or you want to experiment on other strategies. Everyone's got 7 for free anyway.

So, I can fire my current mercenaries and re hire new ones, but then I can still rehire my fired mercenary. Quite fair, but how much will it cause me? Is there any pros and cons in doing so?

As a rule, once a mercenary has been fired, there is no way for you to be able to rehire them. The closest thing to rehiring them though is by hiring the same type of mercenary and then leveling it once more.

In any case you can use the game info ingame to look for NPC closest to you that let's you purchase a mercenary or you can come accross in your journey travelling mercenaries on the road. They can also be hired.

    Pro: Got one more slot.

Con: Umm, you lose your merc?

Like what I posted earlier, I still encourage you to use your merc room licenses. You got 7 for free. Experiment on builds for a few times and then decide. Its fun doing this, and as you go further into the game you'll really have to make use of such.
