what if...

i was thinking. maybe we could experiment on atlantica. tinker with stuff on it. XD

my what if is…

what if atlantica online has features like those of the sims? you not only travel around and battle and do quests but also get to control the day to day life of the main character. there will be stats like hunger and cleanliness so you have to feed your character and also make it take a bath. there will be boarding houses in towns (as i figured that individual houses would cramp up the areas. :o)

wow. there would be too many stuff to do then. lol.

That would be a great idea. But it might turn out that users will pay more attention to the needs of their character than focusing on quests or free leagues or other stuffs. And it may disappoint players too, just like for example, you now must face a certain boss, and suddenly you turned out to be hungry or need to unload. But the boarding house would be appropriate for Atlantica Online.

That's a good idea. but if you put that features oin that game.. you have to plan your time wisely.. maybe you see high level character with poor hygiene because they dont have time to go to bath... hehehe that would be cool... or some mid lvl character who is now fat because of his laziness to battle monster... heheheh

Well, that is nice and a cute a good idea. Maybe they will since there is food ingame. Are there even water ingame as well?

And a good addition to this is that they will be stuffed and won't it for a while. There is an RPG a plyed before that has this feature.

yea. it would prolly increase the character customizations ingame like fatness or cleanliness. lol.

so anybody have any other what ifs? like integrating another game's aspects into atlantica. :D

It's not really a good idea, but rather odd. That kind of feature would add more problems to the game and the game itself has already more bugs than expected. It's a fun thought, though. But I would rather not see my main gal get bloated because I had been spoiling her with ice cream.

It would require a total overhaul of the game though. The game concentrates mostly on battles, pvp and making your mercenaries stronger, so interactivity is minimal so far. What I would like to see, is a more interactive environment first, before moving on to things like player housing and running our characters lives.

and it will be too messy... you will experience hard time on what to concentrate in the game... like for example crafting and leveling up is so much task to do... if yiu add more it will be a mess... right now atlantica has good combination of gaming and relaxing features at the same time///

That would be... just funny. But, I don't it would be 'fitting' for the game... Sims is more of a real-world, present-day type of game and Atlantica has a medieval feel to it. But, if the developers happen to try it a is able to pull it off... I would applaud them.
