If every class could be...

So, yes, my boyfriend and I were just talking and discussing something and I thought I would bring it up here and ask others opinions! If every class could be a beastlord, what kind of pet would they get?

My boyfriend said dark elves would get spiders. Meh. I do not want spiders (and yes, this is just for fun and theoretical!). He also suggested goblins though and I agreed on that one!

Hm. I will add more opinions soon enough, but others can join in, too!

    A gnome beastlord would have to have a rat pet. Possibly a clockwork rat pet. I realize that clockworks aren't *really* animals, but they do run wild out in steamfont as if they were.

    I guess by class you really mean race.

    Wood Elf = Fairy

    High Elf = Drake? Fairy? This one's hard.

    Half Elf = Fire Beetle :D Actually, this one's hard too. Maybe a drake since a lot of half elves before Luclin were bards and bards are closely connected to dragons, make a drake. /shrug

    Dark Elf = I like the idea of a spider for that one.

    Gnomes = Definetly a clockwork rat. :)

    Human = um... hmm. Maybe a bat?

    Halfling = BUNNIES!! :D

    Dorfs = I dont know, a can of Budweiser? Ooo, maybe a stone golem. Since they mine and stuff.

    Froggies = Tadpoles until lvl 60 or something when they becomes little frogs (the kind from the planes or a LDON map).

    Erudites = A snake, or maybe a kobold... but a kobold before it has intellegense, so more like a mean striped dog or something.

    Females DE been superiors, spiders for them.

    Males DE would have to stick with goblins!  image  Or anything the females allow them to use, but no spiders!

    Dragons could have half elfs rangers pets!  image  I can start hearing them complaining already!

     

    Wood elfs:  Little animals, like squirrels!!!  A killer rabbit also!!!

     

    High Elf: Anything that look more noble then a little animal, we are talking about the High Elf here!

     

    Humans should have dogs, not wolfs, dogs! A big yellow dog!

     

    Dorfs: Another dorf that is dead drunk and follow him because he is a brewer and not a beastlord and would do anything for more beer!

     

    Halflings: A little tiny dog that they can hold in their big furry hands(you know those that can break a leg if they try to go down from the sofa on their own...very cute althought).

     

    Frogs:  Flies?  So they can eat the children?

     

    Half elfs: Anything that is obviously an hybrid!

     

    Erudites: A variations of dogs or kobolds!  Maybe a hyena?

    Humans would get a dog of course, after all they are "man's best friend."
    I'd say Gnomes would get a clockwork,
    Half elves would get a... thing.... ::::37:: snake? lol
    Wood elves would get a fire beetle,
    Halflings rabbit,
    High elf drake,
    Dark elf spider,
    Dwarves would get a pet goblin.
    Froglok get a pet troll!!!!!!!
    and Erudites get a pet kobold.

    I have always thought that a Monk pet should be a monkey - after all, that is what a lot of folks call monks anyway.

    Maybe a cute spindly little spider monkey at low levels, then a chimp later on, perhaps an orangutan through the mid levels, than a big uber gorilla at higher levels.

    Dwarf --- Scarab
    WoodElf --- Farie or raven
    Human ---- Dog / coyotee
    Half-elf --- Snake or fire beetle
    DarkElf --- Have to be spider
    Frog --- Larve
    Gnome --- LMAO would give Drake that way it wont be taller/biger then him just flying
