Is there open PvP and is there full looting in Atlantica?

PVP is basically done in free league where according to your record and the quality ooponents you defeat, you get upgraded to higher divisions fighting stronger and stronger players.. that means, if you dont fight that much, you can be a level 90 power player in division 18...
looting can be done in free league getting trash items like elixir etc..
open pvp on the other hand is not dome in Atlantica Online... you can courteuosly ask a player to compete with you and he hyas the option to decline.. but once he accepts battle ensues, no looting is allowed and health and mana are replenished after the "friendly" match
