quest reset for exp and pulling up levels of newly acquired mercs

for people have recently hired new mercs or are in process of revamping their team builds, a good idea would be to buy quest reset scrolls.. they cost around 150k in the market and reseting the dracula elizabeth quest with a level one merc can easily pull him up to level 40 even before the quest ends.. this is good info to know especially since midstage of the game people are realizing the flaws in tehir team bbuilds and cant afford to restart the game.

I didn't know there such items as quest reset scrolls. I just want to confirm something - if you use one, you will repeat the 'whole' quest and have to, you know, talk with the vqrious NPC's involve, etc?

I believe so. It should involve the run around quests as well since you are restarting the entire quest line. In any cas, it is usefull as the thread starter started and worth the while. But the best part of this is still doing it in parties as it will give the entire party bonus experience.
This probably makes a lot of sense for a level 60-90 starting over a new merc / mercs.
For my own personal mercs, I picked up an artillery guy at 42 or so and after 1 or 2 quest and a few xp books he was well over lvl 20 and holding his own from the back row.
But I can see if you had to rebuild several mercs it will help, I guess my question would be do the mercs level up along the way to a high enough level where you can actually kill E or D when you reface them?
I do now have a reset scroll, but is it even necessary for a low level like mo to do such thing, reset any necessary quest that I just finished? What do you think is it worth it or not yet? That I need to focus more on leveling up myself before thinking off any necessary changes or resets on my mercenaries.
