Let me explain:
Last night after hitting 11 and having time left on my account after quitting, I went to an RVR area and lo and behold There were 24 Order RvRing trying to take back a T2 keep! I joined and HAD MORE FN THAN IV'E HAD IN ANY MMO EVER for 3 HOURS.
WHAT ablast. That and the entry today explaining that they will be EXPANDING the impetus behind RVR dramatically, I'm BACK TO STAY. GREAT JOB DEVS! Nice to see the devs of this game caring about ACTUAL PLAYERS!
GREAT GAME AND ITS GONNA GET MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER. GOOD SHOW!!!

Completely agree on this one, storming the keeps is a ton of fun, hell even losing a good fight was fun and not annoying.
the one night I participated, I was a rank 13 engineer and I still did my part which was cool. but we took the keep, and decided to move to another keep while we had a good group. when we hit the second keep, we were fighting the keep lord and suddenly a ton of destruction players showed up and stalled us, eventually the doors shut on us and we couldn't continue. We were completely routed, but what a blast. I actually didn't mind losing. It was well worth it.
get to tier 3 and you will quite again

I am tier 3 now, on a dark elf sorceress. Got bored with how slow I fought in PVE on my engineer. If my turret could move this wouldn't be an issue.
Loving tier 3, although I wish more people were doing PQs instead of scenarios, but people in general are lazy and always go for the easiest route.
yeah War is a good game but community ruin it by stiking to scenarios 24/7

Completely agree - scenario grinding is killing the world RvR experience, and it's the reason that I'm not subbing until they sort it out.

Agree as well. I basically played scenarios because no one played RvR and even though I was really enjoying it at the start the novelty wore off quickly. PvE stinks as they focused on PvP so without RvR kicking off you are either left with PvE grind or lining up for scenarios to try and get some xp. I know they will address this as its a massive issue. However I still canceled my sub because RvR doesnt mean enough. On my server destruction pretty much pwned Order but it made no difference to me or what I was doing. I need a reason to fight and spend hours trying to get back a keep.

It's been stated by Mark Jacobs many times that they are promising to have RvR "fixed" by the end of the year. And, unlike most MMO companies, Mythic has so far been keeping their promises, sometimes exceeding them.
So far I have yet to have too many problems. Sure, during off-hours scenarios are the only way to go, but Keep sieges happen daily on my server, and they happen 24/7 over the weekend as a constant battle throughout the Tier.
This is exactly why I am waiting until the 1.1 patch.
I wanna level the new Empire Tank in a fixed RvR experience...

You beat me to it. I am currently playing alts and parking them when they hit 22. Both the PvE and RvR go downhill. Well the RvR is roughly similar (except for poorly designed insta- gibs and such), but is pointless and seems to be based more on PvE than actually fighting other people.
I will either quit when i have made a level 22 of each the classes I want to play or if they actually fix the T3 nasty grind and make RvR not a terribly designed/broken and pointless endeavor I will probably stay.
The fact that you were going to quit before level 11 and before trying open RvR on an active server doesn't help your credibility for or against the game. I'm glad you like it and decided to actually try playing the game before canceling though.
