When you get the key is up to Spellborn. Once we have all 250 winners confirmed (this can take a few days) then we send the list to them and they will work with you from there. Grats to all the winners!

I won a key but it won't let me claim it! Every time I submit my information it loads a page saying incorrect username / password and asks me to try again, but I'm using the exact login info I use on this site every day!

Quick update: I had a sudden idea.. I changed my password on the My Profile link and tried with the new password and it worked first time. Worth trying if you are having difficulties.

Seems I won a key too, though I wasn't exactly praying for beta access. I always seem to be lucky when I don't particularly need to be and at the wrong situations. If only I was this lucky for the lottery.
Either way, it will be a great way to see what this game is offering first-hand nonetheless. Gratz to those of you who were greatly hoping for a ticket!

Here is how I figured it out. My password is of a length more than 10 characters (not telling exactly how many ) but when I went into "My Profile" to make sure I was entering the right password I noticed it said next to the password box "7-10 characters length". I thought that was weird, since my password is more than that and works if I login from the main page.
So I went back to the confirmation page for the contest and entered the first ten characters of my password. Viola! It worked. Maybe you guys have passwords that are also longer than 10 characters. If so, enter only the first ten. Hope this helps!
So i won acess, and i go in to claim my prize, fill out the form yada yada and now what. I press claim prize and it brings me back to the form and thats all.... Help?
