ok thats my rig so far how much and what would i need to make it run war completly lagless not counting server lagg i got bout 400$ to spend any sugestions

More ram would help you alot..

if you want to run on high.. id go with 3g of memory atleast and a better gcard.. both can be obtained under 400.
Well if you have pci-e Id go with a 4850 and get 4 get 4 gigs of ram even though xp shows 3.25. Your running just regular DDR ram right?
4 gigs is overkill
