I agree, everyone has become emo over the years

And you're wondering why, I suppose?  I'll tell you exactly why:

Its because of WoW itself.  Before WoW existed, all these angry bickering heathens bickered only amongst themselves, isolated in a section of the internet most MMO gamers had little or no interest in.  When Blizzard announced they would be releasing their next game in MMORPG format, all the mindless Battle.net kiddies rushed to the store and religiously purchased their beloved company's next game.

Simple as that.  Now, the once kind and friendly world of MMO gamers has to cope with these newcomers, and bring our flame retardant fire suits every time we post an opinion or suggestion on an upcoming game forum.  Not to mention any attempts to send whispers or tells in the game itself are predestined to be shunned for simply talking to someone you don't know.  That used to be one of the majestic elements of our genre, communication and immersion.

Yet, everyone has grown accustomed to it, and the "multiplayer" aspect of MMO has been since driven towards a more "antiplayer" mindset.

    Makes me sick...

HOW!? How do you even begin to make that assumption?

I think this batch of fanboys is going to be worse than the Age of Conan ones, and those were bad enough. Didn't think that was possible.

Beating 20k sub numbers isn't that hard.

"you live in your parents basement"

    "you're fat"

congrats on proving him right ... another fantastically unoriginal comeback.

I wonder what your next trick is going to be ... calling me emo? or maybe saying i should go outside or maybe I should get a life .... those all should be in your arsenal.

You people are getting way too upset over this game. You think they should make it what you expected it to be, before they even announced it! Sorry, that wasn't in their plans. If you want a sandbox SWG experience, you should know where to look. It's not that far from being finished.
Please people, stop the negative threads about how this game isn't what you expected it to be. It's not titled SWG2.

That becuase the star wars world is very rich and has a great ip for a very good mmo. This game will be good at best. It is not focusing on the mmo aspect and that means it will not be very mmoish.

People who are upset realize that this game will be a hack of what it could be and are rightly upset.

I wasn't the one that started getting on about origionality of insults. Honestly, most people would be hard pressed to say something no one has ever heard before.

What I put in my insults is not aiming for origionality. I aim for humor and truth.
