clearing up the mess question...

VissikVissik Member Posts: 22

I was a player when the game came out, left and came back a couple of times.

I have junk strewn all over the place after moving around  to accomodate the various corps ive been in

is there any way to gather this stuff up and ship it to one station for returning players.

I always hated the return to EVE, and I hate spending hours figuring out whats worth keeping or junking..and then moving.

No not really. Interesting, I thoughht this post would be talking bout the recent 'clean up space' feature where unattended secure cans are deleted.

Good luck getting your stuff back and organized.

you could set up contracts for all of it.  either selling it or courier contracts to have it moved.

When I move I usual liquidate everything but the most necessary things.

I did the same thing, finally, after two years of leaving stuff all around the universe.

I can fly a freighter, and a jumpfreighter, and of course both blockaderunners and transports, so it was not too much work. I printed out the list of assets ( <3 eve api ), set course, and gathered all of my stuff in a few select stations in all four major empires.

Made a few hundred isk by selling stuff, and found an epic fleet of ships, a few hundred corpses...

    It's pretty easy actually.

You could do what I did when i was still relatively new (ill say i was anyway :P)....you could travel around in empire in your hauler picking up all your items then get 1 shotted in a 0.9 system.

There are few purges in one's mmorpg gaming life that match that feeling.
