After months of CGI trailers, Square Enix has finally released some ingame screenshots.

OMG the guy looks like a guy... And actually dresses like one.
I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.

what turns me off about the final fantasies is the same thing that turns me off with the spider mans-

I dunno I hate the emo looking characters with over the top clothing and cheesy story lines with shit combat.

Anyway, might pick this one even though I've never actually finished a FF game. Simply because it finally has realtime combat. Well... maybe. We shall see. FF is like a single-player grinder at some points, and the game really annoys me.

Hopefully, the characters are likeable. I haven't seen endearing FF characters since FF6... I didn't like the characters in FFVI and the succeeding ones so much... in fact, the best storyline of all the Final Fantasy games was Final Fantasy Tactics, which was well done and actually a very good storyline and tale of betrayal.

From what the press reports this Final Fantasy's combat system is a much more beefed and faster paced system of Final Fantasy XII. If you're looking for a realtime combat RPG you should look into Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
