Its the 27th 4PM uphere (Paris time) and still i can't enter....:S How long for the servers open? since the official site is down :S.

yeah same here... its 11AM (USA, Eastern Time) and I tried logging into the game but it kept saying account username or password error
You should visit the official site. It now says that they are going to stress test. Stress test is on Thursday for some hours and on Saturday for some hours. The hours are 'GMT friendly' btw. And that's the whole 'beta test'.

Poor grammar aside, it seems to imply that CB3 and the stress test are separate things. Not entirely clear either way.
To the OP's question, there was an earlier post about rolling activations for CB3 starting today. Again not entirely clear, but optimistically it means you'll get an email sometime today or after letting you know when you're good to go.

I got the email, but it won't let me on the beta boards. Do I have to make a character in game first to access those?

nope, you dont have to make a character to enter the beta forums, thats kinda weird try to login into the game and make a character anyway, if it doesnt let you in go to the yusho website and go and see if your came account has been created. if it still says processing then you gotta wait till they create it.

I had to log out and back in to get into the beta board. I got my key through MMORPG.com, activated on the Yusho site, then got an email saying I was good to go.
