Where in Rome I can change my books?

Well, there are some books that has definition of that I can exchange the book for other books. So, some books I have aren't usable specially that I don't have the kind of mercenary in the first place. So where in rome?

it isn't in rome that you go to exchange books. the NPC there with relation to books is shakespeare and what he does is level up your book crafting skill.
go to Goncourt, the wandering NPC. and to locate him, you need to go to Livingstone near Bucharest.

I see, I thought it was somewhere in rome, the problem is I haven't seen the city you just mentioned, I'm just still a low leveled character so I'm not quite familiar with the map yet already.

I've been meaning to find that Goncourt! My books are also piling up and I've been meaning to exchange most of it. Hehe!

I have seen Goncourt already, but I forgot what specific place I've met him. The thing is, I exchange books that are for mercenaries which I don't have. When I exchange it with, he also gave me books for mercenaries that I don't have.
