When will EVE devs make a fantasy MMORPG?

They got the Sci-Fi right and proved that hardcore was still in style. Would love to see them make a fantasy MMO.

CCP merged with White Wolf a couple years ago and have been working on a World of Darkness MMO ever since.
The only official word on it is that the Ambulation project in Eve is doubling as a beta for the new MMO since they'll use the same engine.
Personally I'm really looking forward to it - hoping it retains Eve's sandboxyness and elements of actual risk, though a single world is probably too much to ask for a non-space setting. Don't expect it for another couple years at least but I'm patient.
Cant wait for the WOD mmo!

The problem with that is that the genre doesn't have enough -good- fantasy stuff yet. The good games are far and between, and most of the best have been forgotten for newer more mainstream games.
Yeah but WoD is not a fantasy MMO. WoD is based on a post modern dark gothic horror genre. You won't find orcs, dwarves, elves or any other fantasy crap in that game. IMHO that makes it interesting already. :P
