I got a problem on Atlantica Online game. I need GM or who's was created the game to explaint to me ( I won the bet but why no money send to my email account. If this is the mistake or after game maintenance problem, It's ok, But if GM in the game wanna playing around with me that is not respect game playing.

Did you check your mail box in game? I havent betted at all and make sure that your mailbox isnt to full.
No, the GM has nothing to do with that. Whenever you won in a betting game, there is a message in your notes saying the arena has ended. You can see at the bottom of the message that the winnings will be sent via your mail. You can check your earnings by checking your mail.
