Are rogues too good?

How is it balanced that a rogue level 50-60 can stun any level 60 character and kill that level 60 character without that level 60 character ever being able to cast a single spell, use a single item, or perform a single action to defend himself / herself?
i personally disagree with this statement, being a rogue, and i just think this guy just plain sucks.

well im a rogue lvl 17, and atm i can solo ok, although its hard soloing by end of battle i almost dead etc.
Unsure about pvp tho, but i like rogue. I also like warrior.
Mage is too powerful by far atm. SHaman is alright, druid is ok maybe little unplayed. Priest is a good group class
, hunter is a little boring as the extra companion doesn't do much damg wise compared to the player.
