I saw a notice during the game, a rumor that is, saying there is a rumor that a person is selling an insigna license. I ask my friend what are insigna license are for, he just told me that guild leaders can only use that. That's all he told me. So what are those insigna license are for? Anyone? Thanks!

If you're a guild leader, use to get a random generated icon to appear by your guild name. There's like 1000+ icons i think.
I believe it's the item that allows you to create a guild emblem. Obviously guild masters can only use them because they're the only ones permitted to change things like emblems/ taxes etc. It's not really that big a deal.

Oh... I thought that was a given option for a guild leader or something... Didn't know that required a license. Our guild leader probably has a lot of those since our logo got replaced I think 3 to 4 times already…
