I just logged in recently and I notice that there is a fifth server in Atlantica Online. I am using Mycenae server though, and I noticed that the fifth server, named Argos, is under maintenance. Here is the info about the server from the website of Atlantica Online:
"The number of new players joining the Atlantica world is growing beyond expectations. The average number of concurrent players has increased by 300%, filling servers to capacity.
Therefore, to accommodate the rapidly growing player base, we will be opening up new servers very soon. And the first new one to come online will be Argos, on Saturday, Nov. 8, at approximately 10 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Named after the city-states of ancient Greece, Argos joins Sikyon, Mycenae, Thebes, and Macedon as the fifth server for Atlantica.
Players new and old can now start fresh on an even playing field with a clean economy, becoming the first to discover the secrets of Atlantis. "

Yet another server but no offers or possibilities of server transfer for accounts.
But in anycase, this has made the server stable before so most probably it will happen again, the adition of a server will create yet another stable time to play. hope this time though it will last longer to avoid lags.
i saw this one ingame just now but it's still under maintenance.
oh. so the economy is not the same for every server? and the economy is reset everytime there is a new server?
well, i wish the economy there luck. the economy in mycenae is a bit twisted now. lol.

I've seen it as well. Well, what does it imply? I believed that Atlantica online is growing, and many players is luvin it.

I think the fifth server may signify that more players are indeed getting into the game. I also didn't know that different servers meant different economies... Maybe I should try creating a new character at a different server (maybe at the new one when it's open) so that I can experience it for myself...

Glad to hear they are doing well enough for a new server. I just hope it doesn't lower the populations on the other servers with people making new characters on the new one.
The server Argos is now currently online. That has a good implication to Atlantica Online which means there are lots of gamers who are joining Atlantica Online, and they are staying! Congratulations to Atlantica Online. That means lots of opponents in the free league too
Yeah Argos is now online and that is a good indication that there are rising Atlantica Online players because they cannot contain the players within four servers. Anyone who tried already playing in the new server?
I actually created a new character at the Argos server. Got myself a canoneer!
I stopped at the Forest of Spirits since I'm kinda reluctant to start the game all over again when I already have a level 30+ character at Mycenae... But, my Argos character is a CANONEER! I'm been reading nice feedbacks from canon users... Should I ditch my staff user at Mycenae and start anew at Argos?
Yeah I like when a new server comes online, mainly because it relieves pressure of Sikyon (my server) which has always been overpopulated. I might make a character there.

Heh . I just started 3 days ago, but my main was going to be a staff, or axe.
I was playing my staff, when someone offered to be my Mentor, and a very good mentor, helped me a lot.
Any ways, I had to log, later when I logged back, the server was packed, so I went to the new server and start there, . . decided to see what the cannon was like. I'll prolly stick with a Staff, the cannon was fun I see it looks more useful in a party then solo, but like I said I just started, so still don't know.
I was kinda wanting to hold off starting a new toon again on the new server, till someone was able to teach me some crafting, and 10 hours into it going on line, I kinda doubt there was any, but was funny reading the "looking for Mentor" in the chat
Yeah, the canon is fun.
I've decided to stick with my staff as well and probably just go 'visit' my canoneer from time to time. Staffs aren't really fun in PvP but, to be honest, I can't really get myself hyped about PvP anyways so I'm fine with her. The only prob I have with Mycenae is the lagging prob and all (which I figured happens to all the other servers...).
Anyway, it'll probably take some more time before a mentor will finally appear in Argos, huh? From my experience, I got to level 30 after a month of playing but I believe there are some that can level up so much faster than me. Maybe after a week of so, Argos will have some mentors.
