I have tried this 15 days free trial.
Talk about a pathetic excuse for an RPG. I did try this game once before and I hoped that they had improve since then... but sadly they haven't.
Their character creation is awful. And their world is pathetic... Aggressive monsters every where and 99% of them have got long ranged "weapons"... and the NPCs are ridiculous. Just standing in one place all the time. And the number of NPCs in the world are so small, it almost made me cry. Just travel through the cities and you will see that they are just like ghost towns.
And another poor thing is their trading system. When looting, for example, an armadillo, this creature has got... for example, gloves, a sword or a bow. Just like in the Diablo games. And when looting this creatures, you can either take the items or you can trade them for gold (?!), right there at the scene. This system was very strange for me. I did not like it at all.
And the radar is also bad. You have the "power" to see creatures far, far, FAR away from you. Even if you are standing behind a huge mountain, you can still see the monsters health on you screen.
These are only a few, of many, annoying things in AC2. To summit up; I played this game for 3 days, then uninstalled it and said.... never again. 
Now Im sure that there are hardcore gamers out there who just loves Asherons Call 2. And I say, good for Turbine games that you, few, people are out there... and are enjoying their crappy mmo"rpg".

Yes i too tried the horrible game which is ac2. I cant believe anyone would bother paying for it. After all the bad things i heard about it i decided to try it anyway just because im so hurting for an mmorpg while waiting for wow and gw to come out. God what a mistake. Stay away even if yer desperate.
