Can my uncle play this game?

I'm looking for a game that my poor uncle Bill can play. Although I'm not personally into MMO's, I think that given uncle Bill's current condition, that a game like WOW might be just what the doctor ordered.
Uncle Bill was injured in a horrible golfing accident. He has one eye, one arm and a 1/3 of his brain is missing. He's not catatonic by any means although at dinner he drools and has to be assisted with the fork because he lost three fingers and a thumb in a lawn-mowing accident. Bill has the IQ of a young person. To be totally politically correctly honest, uncle bill is mentally challenged.
Question: Can he play this game? He loves games and can press basically one button and pay attention somewhat so I thought this game would be perfect for him. He takes some getting used to as far as understanding what he's actually saying but he has a mic.

I voted "should not play" because he was so unlucky in his life that I don't want him to suffer anymore with this pos of a game.

I'd suggest darkfall. He'd be a much brigter member of that community than most.

I appreciate the OP's attempts at humor, but I'm going to lock this thread if only because if I don't then it's bound to piss off somebody and some point, and when that happens, the entire thing is going to descend into a ball of flames.
