death knight server question?

if i have a lv 70 on server A.
can i create a death knight on server B?
Or do i need to transfers my charater from server A to server B?

Pretty sure you can only create the DK on the server that your level 55+ character is on.
I believe Maio is correct. Only the server in which you have the lev 70 on.
however, I think it ought to be all servers

Ok - dumb question - I'm hearing that you only need a level 55+ to create a DK. Yet other posters are saying Level 70. Can anyone confirm?

lv 55+
level 55 and it has to be on the same server. They did mention that some time soon, you would be able to make a DK on any server as long as you had a 55 somewhere.
