A little better than I expected. 500 gold (the in game cash shop item), 100,000 vis and a promo character.

Once you enter the code on the website, you should get your gold. But for the card and the vis, you need to talk to the Leonardo Express guy and pick Receive Premium Item (or just pick that from the game menu while you are in town)

okay, i entered the code yesterday and i still havent got my vis, card, or gold. so what should i do?
I received it all right away. I redeemed the card and logged out, when I relogged back in the gold and vis was gone. I submitted a ticked and I'm still waiting for a response.
