Dear People who hate WAR...(poll included)

...stop wasting your time saying how you hate WAR when you could do something else with your time. We know your hate by now and your reasons for it but for all those fanboys or haters, it is pathetic how you try and fail to bring people to your cause.
WAR is here and it is not perfect but to say this game is the worst game ever for almost no reason at all is sad when you could really be truthful and tell us your worst game.

I think most people are tired of hearing the same 5 whiners repeat themselves like a broken record instead of saying their peice and moving on. Or better yet tired of said whiners / criers crapping on the game because its not WoW, DAoC, or UO. Its like they never even once took a realistic look at the game design information that was available for months. The best ones are those that cry over X subject despite its either Being addressed, has been fixed, or its doesn't fit with the design so we'll never see it anyway.
It'd be nice if said whiners instead of crying were just constructive and realistic in what they think would be a better solution to X issue. But this is MMORPG.com so its highly unlikely good conversations will happen about WAR here for a while.

Definately true, i think people should come here and speak there minds, but you got to admit, every other day getting a post of WAR SUCKS or The DOWNFALL to war gets freaking old,
War is yet another AoC ... big time failure.
I dont hate the game tbh i quit after my 30 days because the hype did not live up to the game whatsoever.
I remember Paul Barnett waving his hands about trying to convince everyone this was the only game we would ever play.
Ill be quite honest here.
AoC launched earlier than they should have and yes they were not as honest as they should have been.WAR did the same thing the only difference here is they told everyone that things would be missing.
Now here we are in roughly the same time period as AoC after launch right?
BUT now it looks as if FC has been working hard and replaced its Director for the game and is headed in the right direction.I think FC is ahead of the curve here against MYTHIC and in the long run will be a better PvP game than WAR.
Lets face it these are 2 very different games.If you want REAL consequence for your actions and a REAL penalty for winning or losing a fight then AoC wins hands down.
Mythic came out and told people about the missing elements just before launch for 1 reason:They overhyped the game and didnt deliver what Paul Barnettclaimed to be the best game coming out.

I can't forsee myself trying to supress anyone's opinion no matter how much it differs from my own and at the same time I am certainly intelligent enough to make an informed opinion no matter what someone elses motivation is.
but yeah, to call this game Fantastic is like calling Twilight the Godfather of vampire movies....

I must admit that it does puzzle me that so many people negative post on this forum. It is obviously not going change anyone opinion who likes the game, so I can only assume they are trying to persuade people that WAR is a game not worth playing.

I don't really like either type, but this IS a Warhammer forum. If there is any place for someone to talk about the game or how much they like it, it would be here. I wouldn't consider that trolling. Repeatedly stating how much and why you hate WAR in a WAR forum is trolling though. The fact that you haters continue to hang out here just to flame the game, its fans and to try and piss fanbois off, is by definition trolling. Why MMORPG.com doesn't do a damn thing about it is the real problem. I've played lots of MMOs and have been on this site for a while and every game forum is always filled with hateful trolls. I blame the moderators for not maintaining a decent site. This place is the anus of the MMO community.

FOr crying out loud it's a public forum and just because it's a WAR forum doesn't mean that it's just a place to discuss WAR in possitive ways, it just means that the topic of discussion is WAR and since a lot of the people who have played WAR are dissapointed in it, you are going to see a lot of people saying bad things about it.
If you want to argue for WAR then by all means do so, but don't argue against people's right to express their feelings. Don't take it personally and don't get upset when people don't see things your way. It's just a game.

I'm not defending the game. I said nothing for or against it. I'm defending the idea of having a forum free from people who have no other purpose than bashing the game and those who enjoy it. Free from having every single thread degenerate into a "this game sucks"/"no it doesn't" pointless argument. It has nothing to do with Warhammer. This has happened on this site with every single game in my played list.
I don't want to argue for WAR. I want to be able to come here and find something useful. Not another identical thread with a different title. You trolls and haters totally ruin any chance of these forums being used for anything other than flame wars. If you don't like the damn game, then move the hell on.

The haters who come here and try to spread lies about WAR, do so because they feel threatened about its initial success and the potential it has for the future. If WAR was irrelevant, then they would not be here hating. How many people hated on the Patriots last year ? You think they would even give them a second thought if they were .500 ? lol -- let the haters come, they have reason to be concerned.
