Guild wars looks so good and its FREE. I wont play it but its great for ppl who dont want to pay to play.

i dont make fun of free games, i make fun of bad games... free or not, if its bad im gonna make fun of it...
it just so happens that 99% of the "bad" games out there are free...
if a game sucks it sucks and nothing can change that...
thats the reason i would rather pay $100+ for a copy of CoH and 4 months game time, then $0 for infinite amounts of play time on say... Tibia...
[edit] oh ya... and least favorite free MMORPG is runescape... there are actually worse games out there, but none of them have the insanely large flaming fanboi kiddie kommunity like runescape...

yay i would have to admit runescape has come along way but me and shockro make fun of it because we played it before it got lots of its updates and we played it for like 9 months then when we came back when runescape 2 came out our accounts were gone. Thats why we make fun of it
I would argue that T4C is one of the better MMORPGs, and its free, though pay on most servers now unfortunately. There are still one or two that offer free play along with the free download you get.
I think it was much ahead of its time in gameplay, design, graphics, and almost every other catagory, and it has excellent replayability attributes. You could come back to it every time you get bored and still have fun.
u klnow what i tried that game and really i think it wasnt that great it didnt play well lol dont know how people play it, i was always the one to play games other people didnt like, shadowbane..........that game rocks
Unforetunetly your never gonna find a very great free MMORPG.
One, Because its free and the people who work for it (the Gm's) dont get payed, Therefore not giving them much enthuisiasm to add more stuff, and even if you do find a good free game its gonna suck because free games have Pathetic,Annoying,Retarded,Incapacitated (i think you get it) noobs just running around begging for money and items, Because there incapacited and cant stand up on there own two feet, Either that or their just being very annoying.

Just because a game is free doesn't mean it can't be bitched about. Excuse my language. :P Sure it may be free and of course I don't have to play it but that doesn't mean I can't rail into it and point out all the reasons I didn't like it. No one said you had to listen to me. Though I can't even think of a time I have railed on a free game because I haven't played a free MMO.

anyone who says anything bad about a free game is a moron.....you may not like the game but you have to respect and support them for taken the time to make it and supply the servers that cost them money for FREE!!
i find that most the people complaining about FREE games are younger kids that don't understand the work and money put into any game project.
OH, and about GUILD WARS....the the funniest thing i heard here on the forum is
"Guild wars will be free. I'm going to BUY that." (if you use the word BUY and FREE in the same sentance...your an idiot!)
Yeah from what i hear Guild wars is free in the sence that you dont have to pay a month subscription fee.......you still have to buy the game tho.

I am pretty sure most devs of those free MMORPGs, if they are not in a definitive status of no evolving, would rather have ''some'' complains.
No swarming, not to much, but just enought to do better, know what the peoples who play them think. Since I dont plan on playing any of them, I will not go write my ideas on their sites because their players pool prolly dont think like me.
What is hard althought, is for a player, even like me, if I write 1 feedback per week I feel pretty much I didnt write much at all to help them improve the game...if all players think like me they are swarmed for sure!
But happily, they can put me on ignore or read me as their mood ditacte.
I honestly dont mind if they read me or not, I write the info so they can read it, what they do with it, is up to them. I always try to be as objective as possible, as neutral and kind for every other point of views, however, I aint perfect and I have my agenda like everyone, and I slip every now and then...if a lazy reader cut 50% of every posters, they are likely to listen to those that have absolutely no self objectiveness MUCH more then the others, and in the long run, it show a lot.

I'll be working on a good free game which is in the works as we speak. I won't give much detail right now, the official site will be up by the end of the week anyways so keep your eyes peeled on this board.
And by "free" I don't mean guild wars free. I mean no paying for the game, and no paying for the monthly fee, no paying anything.
