Push DEX or CON for rejuve tic ?

On a classic server.. which should I push in addition to piety? Does DEX actually speed up spell casting..if so the streaming..or just time to the initial spell cast ?

I believe I saw this asked quite a while ago in one of the grab bags. I'm pretty sure that DEX does affect the casting time, but ever so slightly. Still it can't hurt to put some points there. CON is nice for the hit points especially since yer not really a fighter or a mage. If you have the expansion, go with a minotic, nice stats go well with that class.
