Is she really playing AC? Clearly she has a gas problem. Just curious if she is actually playing or pushing buttons. Maybe pushing macro's? It has been a long long time since I played AC.

The video says Counter Strike but I can tell those AC sounds anywhere.

    Asheron's Call uses mostly publicly licensed sounds.  Nothing special.  As for the video, it's description was enough for me to not watch it.  I don't care what other people's farts sound like.
