Wow dude how did you end asking this question HERE?, lol
UO was the first MMORPG game (as far as I know). Released late 1996, many people believe the first years of the game was the best game ever. Origin (the developers) kept patching the game, nerfing things and REMOVING some great stuff, because newbs were whining a lot. Around 1999-2000 Origin gave a final blow to the game by releasing very CRAPPY patches, and killed the game.
I am thinking of playing on the "evil" side.. Has this side been developed or given the same amount of "love" from the Devs as the "Good" side has?.. How about the number of quests you can take on the "evil" side?...
Thanks again folks! I hope the community on WOW servers are as nice as you folks!

You're talking about Horde and Alliance. Baiscally none of them is evil, or good, I say it's like pepsi VS. coke. :P From what people seems to say on blizz forum, the horde players seems to whine a bit cause of a lack of content. But this is temporarly, I'm sure we will see Aliance whining about the same thing later on... IMO, once the game goes gold, both sides will be alright

they're getting worked on, like he said, there's no good and evil... except for the undead they ARE evil. Kalimdor hasn't gotten the love that the Easterm Kingdoms has gotten. they are trying to fix this.

Ok, the forsaken *playable undead* tho of the Horde which is pretty neutral is definitely E V I L.... play the char you'll get what they want to do to the whole world...
I think WoW is the most Solo-Friendly game I've seen. Sadly EQ2 Adverties as being more geared tward the causal player, but unless you have a group of ppl waiting for you, its not well suited.
Is it true that the quests or missions for the Horde side is not as developed as the Alliance side is?.. I have found some comments leading to my theory....
Hmm.. somebody named penatration.. who writes in yellow while italicizing everything that wants to join WoW... in that case..
WoW is a horrible game, go play something else like FFXI, very solo-friendly. In WoW you can't solo at all.. you have to group for everything and you usually spend about 2 hours finding a group. Stay away from WoW if you want a good game.

what's up? how come you seem to be the only one who thinks you can't solo in WoW? Please elabotrate.
That is IRONI! Haha. Becuse in FFXI you have I mean HAVE to team all the time, and soloing is'nt any good after lvl 10 or so. Becuse you can kill many minor lvl mobs easy or you can kill less higer lvl mobs, that is wery hard. And when you finaly get a team you get 1 or 2 lvls, and you hve to do it all over again. That is my opinion after playing the game. Other players don't have trouble finding teams in FFXI, i have. Deal with it!
Just ignore the clueless EQ 2 moron.
You can solo or group in WoW. It's your choice, really.
WOW.. did all of you really not catch that my comment was dripping in sarcasm?
I said go to another game because I don't want someone named PENETRATION who needs attention(hence the yellow font which is italicized) in my game(WoW).
Anyway.. I wasn't being serious.. of course you can solo in WoW, just as good as grouping except in some high level areas. I can't believe all of you are so clueless.

Well jimothypetro I did catch your sarcasm! I was just explaning to the the other who did not not understod. And if you do not know Ironi is that you say somthing but mean the opposite. I was saying this becuase Ironi is a Norwegian word(where i come from) amd i did not know the english word for Ironi.
Yeah deal with it, or else --------------------------------------------------- Cheers! I'm out ---------------------------------------------

In all honesty, it seems like the game isn't worth soloing in after you have gotten to the maximum level. At 60, if you want to enjoy a huge portion of the end-game content(other than PvP), you would have to group quite often. But it is quite possible to reach level 60 without grouping as long as you focus more on quests rather than the grind.
I am only speaking from what I have heard, so I don't know all of the facts.
In the stress test, I was always on a quest. I really don't see what people were talking about when they said Horde wasn't receiving the attention that the Alliance got. Then again, in the stress test, I only had time to play to 15 so I hardly did any fraction of the quests.
I don't know, because Leveling my Undead was a LOT easier then my Dwarf as far as finding Quests went. So I think there might be a few races where the content was underdeveloped, but Hoard made a name for itself by crying about everything, Numbers/Classes/Quests/Content. But the development team works on ONE thing a time, at any given moment one side might be slightly more developed then another.
