Where can I get this MMORPG

    That's old news, a different company brought the game back up, it's free to play again.

    A new version? as in re-doing everything? The combat system definitely (and I can't stress that enough) needs to be reworked. ROE also has some lag and bug issues of course, but what do you expect from a completely free 3d game? From my experiences, it could use the following:

    • Free-style combat system
    • A run-down & patch of all bug issues
    • Implementation on skills not yet finished
    • another graphical rendering of character appearance options

    The last there is a must as well since every character in that game looks horrid (except for the male elf and female of every race) lol. The male gnome's face (and I like playing gnomes/halflings) looks dim-witted in every aspect, and there's even 1 face for the male gnome which looks like a woman's. Anyway, with much work it could definitely be my favorite game, but... to get to the point - it sucks in its current state (unless you're one prone to patience).
