Class C and B merc.. recruitable at what level?

I have a question. I know, it's been a while since i played and posted my never ending inquiries here and so i'm back.
I'm at level 59 now, so far have don the beast trainer and witch quest and am doing the exorcist one. ^^
I don't know if i asked this before but here goes, at what level can i hire the other class c and/class b mercenaries? And what dungeon is related to such?
I would really appreciate any help that can be given. Thank you in advance.

I'm not entirely sure what the level limits are, except monk is level 18. But, if you go the Game Info > Mercenary it will tell you who to speak to in order to get the quest for the mercenary orbs. I think if you have the quest available to you you can get the orb and use it, I think Monk and Viking are the only ones with actual level limits. I could be wrong about this, I never really paid any attention to the orbs when i got them hehe
I think beast trainer is level 44... Look at the orbs that are for sale in the market.
lady knight is 95, Pirate and spartan is 100. Others are about same levels.

Beast Master - 44
Witch - 51
Exorcist - 57
Princess 63
Prophet 70
Oracle 76
Inventor - 84
Cannoneer - 87
Lady Knight - 95
Jannisary 97
Spartan/Pirate - 100
So I guess a class C/B merc every 6-8 levels starting from the beast trainer.

IF YOU HARD TO FIND try checking in game info on top of the screen and find mercs in order to see what are thier typical specialty and ability if they are already in max level.

a lot of mercs to choose from hahah but ive been clinging to the original set of mercs hahaha level 41and looking forward to getting a beastmaster hahaha...
