Most games don't even have support, not to mention this game is serving literally over 10 million players.
If you're unhappy with the game, don't play it, simple enough.
I must admit, I'm not entirely thrilled with their Customer Support either atm. Have an issue with a trial account that I'm trying to set up so that I can try the game before I fork out some of hubbys hard earned dosh on a monthly subscription.
It has been a week and I've heard nothing...not a good first impression. Wouldn't mind if what I asked was a hard question or some ultra rare bug.
Will wait til the end of this week then, I'll start looking for another MMORPG home.
Do you work for Blizzard?
If not, you should.
1 billion a year and they can't even afford extra people for their customer service
I never had any problems with thier CS. All of my guildmates have no issue either. Even when somebodies account gets hacked, after they provide the info CS requests, everything they say they are going to do, they do. Heck, they even restored our guild bank, we didnt even expect it. And they do it within a reasonable time frame. No moe than a week for each account hack report to restore.
Now, you guys with the issues, have you tried reading the official forums or the FAQ yet? Your answer might be there.

Funcom
'nuff said.
Blizzard's CS seemed angelic compared to Funcom's. Meanwhile, some games like LOTRO and EQ2 i have had exceptionally good CS.
The majority of Blizzard's spending on world of warcraft is customer service. Like another poster mentioned, serving over 10 million people is not an easy task.
I certainly did my fair share of dealing with customer service, mainly posting on the customer service forums although I did have some contact with them through email exchanges.
Just curious, what exactly is the issue you are struggling with?
