Zboard question?

I don't use WASD, so I was wondering if the EQ1 zboard will work for EQ2 because it is a bit more traditional to how I am used to playing?
I have not been able to find an answer to that myself yet. Thanks.

I doubt it, since they are making a zboard for eq2 and it seems moorgard keeps saying that their are huge differences in how you play each game.
So I doubt you will be able to play with the eq board and be as effective as if you use the eq2 one.
Ok, so they are technically compatible. That's all I needed to know, thanks. I am going to have to see if I can play EQ2 like a fps if I am going to get the zboard. I'm a weirdo, I have all my movement keys/buttons on the mouse itself for fps. For EQ1 I used arrow keys to move, but that was really inefficient way to play.
I guess only time will tell.
