i have this weird thing with using the travel agency. why does it still have to use will?
well, i mean couldn't they just have left the will-spending to the teleport license?
i dunno. what do you think?

I think the travel agency uses will because it functions like a teleport license, though not exactly as teleportation license. I guess that is the best way to travel whenever you don't have any teleportation license, and users may abuse it if it don't require any will.
one more thing, you also cannot access all the towns even through the travel agency so it's really pretty disappointing. but then, i tried walking around almost all of the maps and found that it's actually fun to see different sights.
i guess the reason why the travel agency is there is for saving up instead of spending more money on the teleportation license.

Yep, this 'will' system really is the limiting factor of this game. They should consider removing the will usage while using the travel agency simply because you are spending your money on it.
And this game has a lot of other mechanics that make use of will which makes thing a lot harder. Even in logging out it uses all your will. 
why not consider freezing to the number of will you have when you logged out?
I do hope so that they try to remove will for using the travel agency option, since sometimes you are in a hurry and if ever you don't have anymore teleportation license you have to delay yourself for some minutes to simply regen some will power, I rarely use this option cause I do think that it lack promotion lol.

It would be nice if they would remove the will usage in the travel agency... Or, at least lower the will cost. They may have a reason why they require will on the travel agency (like, I don't know, to avoid town-hopping?) so I will accept (begrudgingly) the fact that they want to limit its usage... but maybe they can lessen the blow a bit since we are paying for it...
Yeah, I agree that travel agency should not require will because it has a gold cost attached to it. I used to think that will was the biggest bother in the game, but I realized that some things like monster sharing and teleportation would be imbalanced without will.

I agree, remove the will-requirement when using the travel agency! We already are paying for it's services!! There are already two other requirements for the travel agency - 1) you have to pay and 2) you can use it to travel to towns you've already been to. I think that's enough restrictions, right?

the travel agency is a big use, haha yeah the will function is a bit irritating but it an ease, instead of having to buy a teportation license which is, i guess, two million gold, u have to just pay a little amount and wait for your will to travel for a little while.. i think its just right...

i also have a problem regarding this travel agency-will matter. i guess it is really a pain in the a** situation. i hope that they make something, like an item which could help you regain your will quickly or make it steady for sometime. what do you think? its a good idea for me! woohoo!
just wait when your chrracter levels up, because whn you level up the will cinsumption will decrease... like for my situation, im lvl 97 and my will is 120% and i only need 20% to teleport!!!
oh so thats it haha.. but for now imma be using the travel agency haha 120% will!! wow that would be nice ehe and 20 % will for tele, thats an ease.. hahaha

yeah! ive observed that too man. im currently in level 60 and my will consumption in teleporting became much lesser than before. i think i should go on playing so that i would be able to teleport for only 20% will cost. lol!
anyways just wait for some events that will give you thank you package that includes 7day license in teleport, auto battle, health check and patrol... hehhehe
wow il wait for that.. too bad now there are no more thanksgiving gifts hahah... i miss mails from the gm haha give me give me give me more!! hahaah
