when you buy the expansion do you get any free time?

in Lord of the Rings Online

When I bought the original game I got 30 days free play.

My account has been inactive for a while but I want to come back.

 I just bought the expansion (blue box only). but do I need to sub or is there game time included in the exp?

Anyone know?

    It looked to me like they give you a free month - I didn't pay anything in Nov. - It comes with 30 free days - so if you already have an active subscription - they bump your next payment out a month - good deal!

    They also give you the option to pay for 3 months for ~ $30, on a recurring payment.

    Well just did the upgrade, sadly if you just buy the expansion you dont get 30 free days

     

    you have to subscribe :(

    Just don't buy a cup of coffee for a week and you've save the 1 month fee.

    Ahhh but you need the coffee to play MMO's so it's catch 22 :)

    You are wrong and right at the same time.

    You need to first pay the $14.99 to reactivate. Then when you apply Mines of Moria you get an additional free 30 days. I just did this on December 1st and I am good until February 1st so I know.

    So to answer the OPs original question. Yes, you get 30 free days with expansion on an ACTIVE account.

    Actually, you're right. I could never give up a week's worth of coffee.
