Accessing DDO or any turbine site in China

Hi I have just moved to china from Australia for work, and I have been unable to access DDO or any Turbine site. Is there anyone else that has faced this problem. Is there another way to access the game and turbine sites?

I don't remember all the details, but something happened to the company that ran DDO in China. Many of the Chinese players are now on the Sarlona Server with the US client & a proxy server.

You best bet is to contact Turbine directly. They will walk you through the issues you are having and help get them corrected. And yes, all the chinese players faced this problem. They mentioned it had something to do with ASDL.

ok great at least it is a know issue. As for contacting turbine support I am currently in China and am unable to access any turbine site...could some one that can pm me the turbine support email address.
I emailed a Chinese DDO player for more information. I hopefully, will get an answer for you soon.
getting access to ddo

1. download the proxy program from the link below: http://www.changyoutong.cn/down/game...0081007_en.exe
2. install the program, any path is good
3. launch and log in, 'Card No': gamesacc2, 'Password': cs8ok5s. This account is offered for free. Btw, for the 1st time u run this program, u will see a speed test, followed by a recommended node to log in, just click 'OK' after that scanning to see the log window.
4. after logging in, there's a list of 'Application' in the main window. click the blue 'Add Application' on the bottem-right of the window, find ur ddo client folder, and dbl click 'Turbinelauncher.exe' to add it in the 'Application' list.
5. dbl click the icon in the list or a shortcut of 'turbinelauncher.exe' that wherever u put --> we get through!
PS: this account of the proxy program is free atm, but may be replaced in couple of months, or half a year, or one year, no clue how long it will work but i'll post the new free account as soon as this one is expired.
