I think if you are going to OP post on this topic in future, then you really need to note if you playing EU or US.
Because in eu the situation is dire.

I play in EU, on KEP where I RVR a lot, and on Burlok where I do RP stuff (mostly cybor with elves)
Both servers are great, lots of battles in tier 4 for my IB and my marauder, but I wish 1.1 was live already, we gotta wait 1 extra day compared to the US
why do people post the same stupid crap over and over this forum is starting to sound like a QQ fest
why must you QQ so much ...
i play on the us servers (ironfist and volkmar) and i think the game is good and is improving
Having a lot of fun on my Magus (EU).
I see I'm not the only one having that distinct feeling this game is supposed to be played on US servers

And I don't want to hear anything about "I don't believe in vampires" because *I* don't believe in vampires, but I believe in my own two eyes, and what *I* saw is ******* vampires! "
I'm not an EU player.
I think this game is really good and it's getting better with every patch. What is keeping it from "greatness" is perhaps some server not having as many people on. Seems like there should be a overflow to other servers until they are in average close to full, and as 'queue' lines start on a server you get overflowed to the next.
I moved off a low population to another of my "move" options , and although there are more people, still feel like crickets sometimes. I would like to have EU players on our Gorfang server. Also playing order (so even less people).
Also noted alot of people are affraid of forming alliances. Could be elitism or could be fear of commitment?
I think alliances are great to keep individual smaller guilds identities and to know hey...those 6-10 guys from our alliance always on PST, then the other guild there is EU guild, so you know if you are on at 2am, you are playing with some different people, and what's better, you probably will always have a diverse class group for all game content.
Anyway, greatness seems to be a measure of society in the rating of an individual's accomplishment. If not enough people get into 1 game then people tend to think it's Good, but maybe not great.
Im playing in a EU server (Karak Eight Peak) and Im having a blast. Server always "Medium" with lots of RvR! This game is not great, but with time he will be!
I'm also having a good time. I think it would be tough to call any game great, I'm sure everyone has their own issues with whatever game they're playing, but the game gets better every patch, and 1.1 (like someone said above) looks good.
US server, Badlands. I think a decent population server is key too. (edit)
Guddig IB Badlands
Gud BO Wasteland
I waited for Warhammer since late 2006. I was really excited about the release. About a week before release i bought my first gaming computer then got Warhammer. Played until level 16 then stopped. I hated the PVE and I know its a PVP game but the scenarios wait was long on my server and so I turned to PVE since RVR on my server was hard to find. There was stuff done very good, I thought the PQ's were a great concept but repetive. The Tome of Knowledge was a cool feature but the cons were bigger then the pros for me so I didn't decide to resub. I do not think this game was great but also not bad.
Rift
US Server here
The game is good, it has it's moments. Am hoping things get better but, if they don't, there will be another game coming down the chute soon enough

US server.Love the game.
US server. Enjoying the game.
That's not to say I don't want to see improvements, but there have been moments while PvP-ing in this game that have been amazingly fun.
Same here.
Sure, the game isn't perfect and there are always changes and improvements that can be made, but it's coming along nicely, and it's a lot of fun.
Patch 1.1 is the first step in a great direction for the game. Already I'm seeing lots of folks out there in the open, outside the endless scenario grind, and they're doing open world RvR. With all the gear that you can get from oRvR being blue and purple, there's real incentive to get out there and fight, and folks are doing it.
It feels like the whole game has changed, and for the better.
Absolutely true. GoA are a buncha incompetant morons - they make me feel bad for the EU players!
-Offers cookie of peace to those Brits, Germans, Frenchies...Belgians...Dutch...Italians?...Austrians...Cana - oh wait, nevermind...Polish, and Viking players. I feel for ya!-
Okay, so if you play WAR, play on a U.S. server. Furthermore, if you want to roll Order, play on Azazel and ROLL A RUNE PRIEST!
Thank you.
